You will be charged at the start of a subscription period. Currently, we offer our plans on a monthly and annual basis. Plan will proceed until it's canceled. Would you like to subscribe for one period? You can cancel your subscription at any moment and you will keep your benefits until the end of the period.

We allow our users to manage their own workspace. You have two options when in need for extra storage or project space. First, we offer upgrades that facilitate more frequent uploads. Second, you can remove your project from your workspace when you won't be needing it anymore.

Unless we communicate otherwise, you may terminate your subscription at any time before your subscription renews by going into your billing settings in your account and letting us know you would like to cancel. Unless we communicate otherwise, following any cancellation you will continue to have access to your subscription through the end of your current prepaid Subscription Cycle, unless you cancel and receive a refund in which case your access will be terminated immediately. Note that if you do terminate your subscription, we reserve the right to charge a reactivation fee if you want to return to Captor in future months or to restrict your access in future months. If you cancel your subscription or it is terminated for any reason, you will lose access to all credits or features available through the subscription.

Not immediately. Your content will remain in your workspace for one year after your Subscription Cycle has ended. Afterwards, if you do not return to Captor within one year after your Subscription Cycle has ended it will be deleted.
